Returns and Exchanges

To help you to get the product that you want we offer FREE returns and exchanges.

There is a Size Guide to help you get it right the first time, but don't worry if you get the wrong size...

If for any reason you are not happy with our products, please return them, in their original condition and packaging within 30 days by 31st January 2012. We will exchange the items or provide you with a full refund. This will also include your original postage charge if the goods are returned within seven days.

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we are not able to accept returns on any stud earrings, unless they are proved to be faulty.

All mail order purchases need to be processed by post and require a completed returns form, found on the reverse of the receipt.

In the unlikely event of our goods developing a fault during wear, they may be returned to us for inspection, after which a full refund or replacement may be offered.

Please ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting Certificate. This will ensure that you will receive your exchange or refund in the event of your goods being mislaid in the post.

UK Returns: Returns are FREE. You will find a Royal Mail returns sticker at the bottom of your receipt. Please put this on your postage packaging. This is all that you need to send the items back to us.

Europe Returns: You are responsible for paying return postage. (In the case of a faulty good, postage will be refunded upon receipt of the goods). Please return your unwanted item to the following address: Katherine Partis Ltd, 9a Widcombe Crescent, Bath, Somerset BA2 6AH United Kingdom

Postage on UK and Europe exchanges are FREE.
